About the Owner
Anton-Ernst Basson
Coming from a teaching family deeply involved in rural Kavango education for over 30 years, I followed suit, becoming a Geography teacher. However, my love for nature grew, inspiring the dream of Kuvira—a place merging nature, community, and showcasing authentic Namibian passion. It was natural to choose the region where my father began teaching, having close ties with the Hompa (King) after years of involvement.
